Job Description

This role supports the project of SAP - ECC Payroll Migration to S4 Hana on RISE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and acquiring manpower resources, managing their allocation and utilisation to meet project objectives.

You will plan and drive procurement activities, including seeking project scope and funding approval from the respective approving authority. You will lead and manage the project team, including users, external teams and vendors, in driving the project to meet its objectives.

Critical Work Functions and Key Tasks

  1. Project Management Planning
    Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan which includes the project scope, project objectives, assumptions, critical success factors, project governance structure, contract/vendor management, high level project schedule, deliverables, budget, risks, communication plan, issue management etc.
  2. Project Scope Management & Change Control
    Manage and track issues arising from scope creep or missing scope. Implement a change control procedure on requirements and perform impact assessment to budget, resource & schedule when there is change of scope.
  3. Project Time Management
    Develop the detailed project activities and schedule, identify dependency and critical path. Drive and monitor the project activities, schedule and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Project Management Skill including communication and presentation skills.
  • SAP implementation experience in the SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding of SAP best practices.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital business processes and leading industry practices.
  • Good understanding of Technology and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the PMO team, collaborate with the various cross-functional teams, manage content and planning for project meetings, support revenue tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and vendors to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • University Degree in Information Technology.
