Role Overview

The Front Office Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort. This includes leading the Front Office team, managing day-to-day operations, and driving exceptional customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain operational standards.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including guest check-in, room assignments, and wake-up calls.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operational processes.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience at a supervisor level within a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of trust accounting principles.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, proactive customer service.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including night shift, weekends, and public holidays if required.
