**Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina, collectively known as Wai Hospitality Group **are looking for three **Restaurant Managers** who genuinely care and want to join and help lead an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

Your duties will include the following:_**
- _Recruiting and training quality staff_
- _Managing daily operations of the restaurant and service_
- _Prepare weekly rosters in advance to meet wage cost targets_
- _Cost-effective ordering of beverage and FOH stocks, monthly stock takes, ensure prices are updated regularly_
- _Coordinate and oversee the preparation of the Wine and Beverage lists_
- _Handle reservations and inquiries professionally, and deal with guest complaints in a prompt and efficient manner_
- _Cashiering and balancing of the daily takings_
- _Organise repairs and replacements_
- _Monitor and ensure compliance_
- _Counselling and disciplining of staff_

A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality is required

A current Managers Certificate is preferred but not required, we will help the right person to attain their manager's certificate.

**We offer**:

- _$27.90 to $31.00 per hour depending on experience_
