Job Overview:

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the full Accounts Payable function, including entering supplier invoices, allocations, and reconciliations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

You will have strong attention-to-detail skills, experience in Excel and an ERP package, and excellent customer service/relationship skills. A positive and solutions-focused attitude, collaborative team player, and good time management skills are essential.

Main Accountabilities

  • Enter and process supplier invoices, allocations, and reconciliations
  • Match goods received to supplier invoices
  • Manage regular payment runs
  • Perform general ledger coding
  • Resolve creditor enquiries

Qualifications and Skills:
