**About the Role**

The ideal candidate will have experience in processing invoices, managing payments, and resolving customer inquiries. They will also possess a strong understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles, and data analysis.

  • Key Functions:
  • Process invoices from vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Manage payments, including electronic funds transfers, and other payment methods
  • Resolve customer inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in AR, credit administration, and support
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably intermediate or advanced Excel experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with high data entry accuracy
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative team-focused approach
