About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Team Leader to join our Water Services business unit. The successful candidate will lead our Asset Management Team to maintain and improve our asset data and performance understanding, ensuring delivery of high-quality infrastructure plans and renewals programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, planning, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience and 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to mentor and develop others within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to support organizational goals
- Collaborate with operations team leader to ensure effective integration of operational experience and maintenance activities
- Mentor and develop team members to grow their technical and leadership skills
- Lead the Asset Management Team to deliver high-quality asset data and performance understanding
