Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused planning professional to join our team as a Duty Planner in Cambridge. As a key member of our operational planning team, you will provide expert advice on various planning and district plan inquiries to our customers in Cambridge and Te Awamutu. Your responsibilities will include reviewing building consents, ensuring compliance with the District Plan, and addressing resource consent issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Confident in providing sound, accurate planning advice
- Good operational knowledge of the Waipa district plan
- 'Can-do' attitude and strong customer philosophy
- Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and attention to detail
- A recognized tertiary qualification, preferably in resource management
