As a Senior Mental Health Specialist, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to adult patients. We strive to create a supportive and flexible working environment for all our staff.

We are committed to upholding the principles of Te Tiriti O Waitangi at all levels of our services. You will be vocationally registered in Psychiatry with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) or hold an equivalent qualification and be able to qualify for registration with MCNZ.

You will be able to work comfortably and flexibly within a team environment. Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley district is located centrally in Wellington and has over 6,000 full-time equivalent staff, making us one of the major employers in the Wellington region.
