The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Mental Health Support Specialist to join our Mobile team. As a key member of our team, you will empower Tangata Whai Ora to live independently and achieve their goals. You will work closely with Registered Health Professionals to provide medication support and recovery-focused care, as well as empower independent daily living skills and goal achievement.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing medication support and recovery-focused care
  2. Empowering independent daily living skills and goal achievement
  3. Fostering positive community connections and strong foundations
  4. Working alongside Registered Health Professionals with a common purpose

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current full driver's licence, a current first aid certificate, or be willing to obtain one on commencing employment if successful. Applicants must also hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognized equivalent or be willing to obtain one.
