About the Role
The Icon Group, a leading construction conglomerate in Australasia, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contract administrator to join its Sydney team. As a contract administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage the contract administration process, ensuring timely and efficient contract execution.
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or disputes related to contract compliance.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
