The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sport Psychology Consultant to join our Performance Support team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our established Sport Psychology team to provide mental health assessment and support to identified athletes. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of our mental health strategy and provide performance enhancement support through consultation, individual, and group work.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologist Board and have clinical experience in a range of relevant areas, including university health, community mental health, outpatient/inpatient hospital settings, and private practice. A minimum of 3+ years of providing psychological services as a psychologist in these settings is essential. Experience working in an elite sports context, such as collegiate, professional, or Olympic sports, is highly desirable.
