We are seeking a Sales Manager Professional to join our team in the Tauranga region. As a Sales Manager Professional, you will be responsible for driving the success of your region by engaging and developing relationships with clients in your community.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your professional network, combining working from home and presenting to clients face to face. You will be solution selling, identifying opportunities to add value and mitigate risk within your client's business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with a diverse range of clients.
  • Utilise a consultative approach to uncover and address customer challenges.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.
  • Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2-3+ years of experience in new business development or sales.
  • A strong network of potential clients to leverage from.
  • Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across various industries.
  • A strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience selling in a B2B environment.
