About the Role:
As an HR Operations Specialist at Northpower Limited, you will be at the heart of our P&C Delivery team, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. You will support key HR processes, work closely with the Recruitment team, P&C Advisors, and Regional P&C Managers to create an amazing experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks. Support new employees through an engaging onboarding program. Help with organising career events, job fairs, and internal HR initiatives. Manage the careers inbox and respond to queries. Assist with HR documentation, including contracts, variations, and payroll audits. Maintain employee records and support key HR reporting tasks. Get involved in supporting Group HR programs that need to be enrolled across the business. Support various HR process improvement or change projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you'll need a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or currently completing one). At least one year of work experience in any industry is preferred. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Great communication skills and a friendly, professional approach are required. A keen interest in HR, with a passion for supporting people and processes, is necessary. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn are also essential.
