Requirements:

  • Previous HR Advisor experience in a unionized environment
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law and collective agreements
  • Excellent organisation and documentation skills, including case tracking, reporting, and formal correspondence
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Experience in collective bargaining processes is a plus
