We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Canopy Cancer Care. This full-time role (40 hours per week) involves working Monday to Friday within business hours, providing administrative support to our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering efficient and timely responses to patient queries\
  • Liaising with insurers and internal stakeholders\
  • Reviewing and updating capture charges before they are sent to the Finance team\
  • Navigating our Patient Management System and Finance software
\

If you have experience using MYOB Advanced, this would be an advantage, but training will be provided. We value adaptability, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
