We are seeking a full-time Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee store retail operations, manage budgets, and implement strategies to enhance store performance. As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage retail staff, handle inventory, and develop business strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall store retail operations and performance.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and inventory levels.
- Responsible for hiring, rostering, training and developing staff.
- Reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Who You Are:
- An experienced supervisor or manager with at least 2 years' experience in retail environment.
- An effective leader with strong team management skills.
- A communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in retail management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the store operations.
