We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Team Leads. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role in retail, with a proven track record of exceeding set goals and KPIs. You will also need to be able to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team, and have experience in training and coaching team members.
You will be responsible for completing operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management, and will be expected to drive sales growth and exceed company set targets.
