The Role
This training managerial position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience as a leader in the retail industry. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of store managers, assisting with operations, and driving business results. With a focus on succession planning and talent development, this role is designed to help you grow into a Regional Manager position, overseeing 6-9 stores.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with managing all stores assigned to your region, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent operational performance
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Oversee management and recruitment of store teams, rosters, and wages
• Promote visual merchandising excellence and maintain high store presentation standards
• Attract, recruit, and induct new team members, focusing on succession planning and talent development
