We are seeking an Operational Support Manager to join our team at Badminton Oceania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our office, including financial administration, travel arrangements, and IT systems.

The successful candidate will have experience in Xero accounting software and Xero payroll, as well as proficiency in financial management. You will also possess strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to prioritize workload to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.

In this role, you will provide operational and strategic support to our Secretary General, liaising with the Executive Board as required. If you have experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, overseeing office operations, and working with a volunteer board, we would love to hear from you.

This is a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week) based in our head office in Auckland, New Zealand. The successful candidate will be remunerated on experience and competencies, within a salary range of $55,000-$60,000 per annum.
