Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic home health care team as a Home Care Nurse. As a Home Care RN, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention and support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following physician's orders and working under the guidance and supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering not only medical care but also emotional support and reassurance during their health journeys.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) years recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting. Home Health experience preferred.
  • Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
  • Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
  • Has Skills To Provide Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
