Key Responsibilities- Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following physician's orders and working under the guidance and supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering not only medical care but also emotional support and reassurance during their health journeys.
- Minimum of one (1) years recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting. Home Health experience preferred.
- Clear Communication Skills Both Written And Verbal
- Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
- Has Skills To Provide Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
