About the Role
This permanent position involves working Sundays to Thursdays, 40 hours per week. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide support to the Store Manager in delivering customer service excellence, driving sales, and coaching the team while meeting operational standards and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice on pet care and nutrition
• Suggest educational toys and products that enhance pet well-being
• Identify key priorities, meet deadlines, and delegate tasks effectively
• Develop and support your team members to achieve their full potential
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements
• Passion for developing and supporting your team
• Proven experience in coaching and developing others
• Supervisory or store management experience preferred but not essential
• Friendly and engaging manner to build a regular customer base and grow sales
• Physical ability to lift stock (up to 20kg)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude and dedication to being a valuable team member
