About the Role

This part-time role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity for growth. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality veterinary care to our patients, building strong relationships with clients and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert veterinary care to pets, focusing on their well-being and quality of life.

  • Build trust with clients, offering guidance and support in their pets' health journey.

Requirements:

  • New Zealand Veterinary Council Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (or equivalency enabling registration).
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science with 5+ years of experience in Companion Animal Practice.
  • Clinical skills including surgery and consulting, with the ability and willingness to undertake sole charge as required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with your team and clarity for pet owners.
  • Strong sense of compassion and empathy, treating every patient as if they were your own.
