About the Job

This Counsellor role is part of the wider Habit Health Group, which prioritises employee care and intervention. You will be responsible for delivering focused interventions, providing psychological first aid, and offering counselling services via various platforms.

Key Requirements
  • A strong sense of empathy and understanding of others' needs
  • Current registration with a relevant professional body (NZAC, DAPAANZ, SWRB, or NZCCA)
  • Tertiary-level qualification in Counselling or a related field, with a minimum of five years' post-study experience
  • Desirable skills: knowledge of evidence-based therapy models, experience in couples counselling, and working with children and teenagers
