Our Gisborne branch requires an empathetic Counsellor who can offer comprehensive support and contribute to the organisation's mission.
EAP Counselling involves short-term interventions addressing a wide range of mental health issues, from couples counselling to addiction, trauma, child and adolescent counselling, and grief management.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver focused interventions to help clients develop effective coping strategies
- Visit worksites to provide support after an event disruption
- Offer counselling services via in-person, video, and telehealth
- Provide training to client employees
