Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver focused interventions to help clients develop effective coping strategies
  • Visit worksites to provide support after an event disruption
  • Offer counselling services via in-person, video, and telehealth
  • Provide training to client employees

  • Ability to work autonomously and attend on-site sessions for psychological first aid
