\We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to caregivers, working closely with child welfare teams, and promoting positive outcomes for children.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Provide tailored support to caregivers, including assessments, strategy development, and implementation.\
- Collaborate with child welfare teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective delivery of services.\
- Build relationships with caregivers, whānau, and other stakeholders to promote positive outcomes for children.\
- Monitor progress and report back to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
\- A recognised Social Work qualification from a reputable institution.\
- Registration with the Social Worker Registration Board (SWRB) and an annual practising certificate.\
- Demonstrated resilience, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques.\
- Upholding the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and demonstrating this in practice.\
- A valid and clean New Zealand driver's licence.
