Support Living Operations Director

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Support Living Operations Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supported living and a proven track record of success in leading teams. You will be responsible for directing the day-to-day running of services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Take on the role of Service Manager directing the day-to-day running of services;
- Lead a committed team fostering a culture of excellence and support;
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations;
- Effectively manage resources driving service enhancements.
- A seasoned Registered Manager with experience in supported living;
- In-depth understanding of care sector regulations and best practices;
- Inspiring leadership skills paired with strong organizational abilities;
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Excellent support from an experienced team;
