The Role of Service Delivery Lead is critical in ensuring the success of our Supported Living services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service, developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for our clients, and leading a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality Supported Living services
  • Develop and implement service plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Level 7)
  • Minimum two years' experience in the health and disability or social services sector
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
