Leading the Way in Supported Independent Living Services

The Service Delivery Lead plays a vital role in achieving our vision by leading a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality Supported Living services. This includes developing and implementing service plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and monitoring and evaluating service performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality Supported Living services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Level 7)
- Minimum two years' experience in the health and disability or social services sector
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
