About the Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for a skilled SLT to take on a leadership position and drive positive change in the lives of people with disabilities. As Practice Lead, you will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies that improve communication services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies
  • Leading the speech-language therapy team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to SLTs to enhance their skills and knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in speech-language therapy and experience working with people with disabilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services
