**Job Description:**

Talent Propeller Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Early Intervention team, you will play a critical role in supporting young children with high communication and eating/drinking support needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualised Speech-Language Therapy programmes for each child in partnership with their whanau/family and early childhood teacher. You will also contribute to Individual Plan and ORS applications.

To be successful in this role, you will require a recognised qualification in Speech-Language Therapy, eligibility for membership of NZSTA, undergraduate paediatric dysphagia training and post qualification experience. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate expertise in the implementation of Augmentative/Alternative Communication Systems and an ability to establish effective relationships with families/whanau, early childhood facilities and other agencies.
