Main Responsibilities
  • Manage leases, licenses, and grants in line with policies and procedures.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and negotiate terms for new leases, renewals, and variations.
  • Maintain high professional standards and foster strong customer-focused interactions.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Synergize lease administration processes to align with business objectives.
  2. Prioritize debt collection and enforcement of lease agreements.
  3. Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in administration, leasing, or property management.
  • Understanding of land ownership and tenure systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
