Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Travel Operations Specialist to join our Business Services team. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our employees and guests around the world.

You'll work closely with our teams to plan and execute company meetings and events, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with company policies. If you're a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Develop and implement travel policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Process travel-related expenses and invoices.
  • Monitor and report on travel trends, spend, and emissions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
