**Job Overview:**
Ventek Solutions is expanding its Customer Service team to include a role that will oversee the centralized invoicing process. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be based at our corporate offices.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices for all plants.
- Send timely and accurate invoices to customers via email and portal uploading.
- Manage Tech Center/Tool Shop Invoicing, Scrap Material Invoicing, and Invoice Process Management.
- Oversee Billing Dispute Log and Chargebacks Report.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Ventek team members.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- The capacity to learn and work within multiple ERP systems quickly.
