**Job Overview:**

Ventek Solutions is expanding its Customer Service team to include a role that will oversee the centralized invoicing process. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be based at our corporate offices.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Process daily invoices for all plants.
  • Send timely and accurate invoices to customers via email and portal uploading.
  • Manage Tech Center/Tool Shop Invoicing, Scrap Material Invoicing, and Invoice Process Management.
  • Oversee Billing Dispute Log and Chargebacks Report.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Ventek team members.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The capacity to learn and work within multiple ERP systems quickly.
