About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including designing tailored advertisements and partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

As a recruiter with Te Puni Kōkiri, you'll have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of our people. You'll work collaboratively with our teams to identify top talent and ensure that our recruitment processes are fair, consistent, and effective.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects are carefully planned and executed.
  2. Develop strategic recruitment plans that attract a diverse range of candidates.
  3. Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, including end-to-end recruitment processes and advising hiring managers on best practice.
  • Talent sourcing skills, including designing recruitment plans and writing engaging advertisements.
  • Technical expertise, including the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
