**Role Summary**

We're looking for a highly skilled Payroll and Rostering Expert to join our team at Health NZ Auckland Te Toka Tumai & Health NZ National office. In this role, you'll work closely with the Rostering and Payroll teams to provide specialist knowledge and support to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in project management and experience with workforce systems. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, improving system efficiency, and providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our organization.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A detailed understanding of payroll and workforce systems
  • Expertise in managing system processes and driving system improvements
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and integrity across workforce systems
  • Experience with SaaS infrastructure and SQL reporting
  • Familiarity with the Holidays Act 2003 and rostering systems like UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central
