Disability Support Specialist

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Support Worker to join our team in West Auckland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and disability support, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients who require complex behavioural support.
Your key responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to our client, developing and implementing individualised support plans, and promoting their participation in community-based activities. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and contribute to the ongoing development of our services.
