Job Description

The Account Managers are responsible for developing and growing new business as well as strengthening existing client relationships. The purpose of this role is also to provide technical broking and support while liaising with clients, underwriters, and external partners. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities for growth both within your existing client base and new business.
  • Providing professional, accurate, and efficient responses to client needs through liaison with external stakeholders.
  • Preparing proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone, or through written correspondence. Ideally, you will come from a similar background within the industry and have experience working in the Agri sector. A few key skills we look for include:

  • Proven experience in insurance broking, with a current L5 General Insurance qualification.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
