Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Educator to lead our team at The Foundation Stage Forum Ltd. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of young children.

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality learning opportunities for children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of early years educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children

Requirements:
