We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our academic leadership team as Deputy Principal.
About the RoleThis is a key position responsible for overseeing the Primary and Intermediate Years 1–8. The successful candidate will lead and motivate teachers, ensuring high-quality education and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with senior management to develop and implement educational strategies
- Mentor and support teachers in curriculum design and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive school culture
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
Requirements- Postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field
- Significant experience in teaching and leadership roles
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and implementation
A competitive salary package is on offer, including a base salary of $NZD 120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
