Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour


Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Youth Leader Volunteer. This position involves delivering high-quality youth programs at local divisions, including planning, resourcing, delivery, and assessing activities. Our youth leaders also provide leadership, mentoring, and support to divisional NCOs and encourage maximum participation in district and regional activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • A team player with a genuine interest in youth and helping others
  • Proven ability to communicate, relate, and build relationships with adults and children of all ages
  • An aptitude for working with a diversity of cultures
  • Motivated, resilient, and keen to make a difference
  • Computer literacy/skills
  • A clean criminal record
  • Commitment for more than 6 months

Time Commitment: As a Youth Leader Volunteer, you will need to contribute an average of 3 hours per week and attend overnight camps from time to time. Relief Leaders need to contribute to a minimum of 20 hours of divisional activities per year. Project Volunteers are required to contribute to a minimum of 60 volunteering hours per year.
