Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the Operations Assurance team to execute risk-based targeted reviews across retail and wholesale operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Operations Assurance Domain Lead in formulating and managing the control review work plan and program.
  • Executing risk-based targeted reviews of operating processes and systems in retail, wealth management, wholesale banking, treasury, capital markets and securities operations.
  • Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, identifying critical risks and recommending actions under limited supervision.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree holder with additional Banking, Finance or Accounting qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in audit, risk management, financial control, product control or operations functions of a financial services institution.
  • Exposure to MAS regulations related to banking operations or a good understanding of banking processes in the industry.
