This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager, driving the development and management of healthcare control libraries (HCLs) in the public healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:- Develop and continuously enhance cybersecurity maturity through effective stakeholder management and active listening.
- Evaluate and address stakeholders' requirements, expectations, and interactions from a policy, standard, and HCL perspective.
- Foster collaboration and alignment with Synapxe and MOHH entities' stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and other functional leaders.
- Promote the adoption and implementation of HCL across the public healthcare sector.
- Contribute to the development of a cyber risk awareness culture within the public healthcare sector.
- Monitor emerging technologies, trends, and regulatory changes.
- Nurture effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and regulators to ensure seamless integration of policy adherence.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.
