Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Workshop Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our workshop operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of our technicians. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will ensure seamless coordination and promote a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose complex repairs, conduct quality control inspections, and maintain the highest standards of service and repair work. Foster positive relationships with clear communication among departments and assist the Service Manager in promoting WHS standards and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician with required trade certificate/qualification; previous supervision skills/experience preferred. Current HR licence; high level of problem-solving/diagnostic skills; excellent ability to impart knowledge to technicians and apprentices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills and attention to detail with a customer and safety focus.
