Government Accommodation Specialist

About the Position:
This Senior Advisor role contributes to the Government Property Office's strategic leadership of the government's office accommodation portfolio and provisioning for the centralisation of components of the government's property function. The role involves researching and preparing operational policy documents, developing business operation processes and practices, and creating property and workplace standards that enable agency partners across the government office accommodation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to inform key business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice and support for key business decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of the government sector and its operations.
