Leap Legal Software Apac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in New Zealand. As a Regional Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

">

- Develop pipeline through your network, cold outreach, and warm introductions/referrals
- Guide prospects through their buying journey from initial discussion to contract signature
- Master and confidently demonstrate the benefits of Leap's software to opportunities (3+ user target market only)
- Monitor and report on activities and KPIs using Salesforce
- Work with post-sales delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new clients
- Execute independent and joint activity plans to ensure commercial success in the region
- Attend conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, and events, networking with existing clients and prospective clients within the legal sector

To succeed in this role, you will require strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should have a deep understanding of the legal industry and its challenges, as well as experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
