Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a portfolio of parenting and family-focused influencers, helping them achieve their career goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through effective brand partnerships, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the influencers while maximizing revenue and value for both the influencers and the agency.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for the digital landscape, with experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
