Responsibilities
- Ideation: Develop compelling content concepts, collaborating with the team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Pre-production: Meticulously plan productions, ensuring seamless execution, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to budget controls.
- Self-shooting and directing: Demonstrate confidence in capturing high-quality content using smartphones, focusing on composition, lighting, and audio.
- Post-production: Effectively manage the editing process, maintaining quality control and meeting standards.

What We're Looking For
A seasoned producer with social industry experience, preferably skilled in digital-first content creation. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
