- Ideation: Develop innovative ideas to enhance storytelling, experimenting with new formats and styles.
- Pre-Production: Plan productions meticulously, ensuring a smooth running shoot, with all documentation in place, locations and talent sourced, and budgets kept under control.
- Production & Shooting: Self-shoot content, ensuring great composition, lighting, and audio.
- Post-Production: Organize and timely footage download to shared drive, ensuring the edit stage runs smoothly.
- Content Strategy: Understand and educate yourself on creating engaging content tailored for different platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a producer, with a background in producing digital-first content.
- Confidence in self-shooting content, ensuring great composition, lighting, and audio.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- Passion for storytelling and strong understanding of different digital platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube).
