Nurse Leader in Adolescent Health

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and committed Youth Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Programme, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to adolescents enrolled in Enhanced School Based Health Services (ESBHS) schools.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical services to adolescents in ESBHS schools
- Developing and implementing best practice clinical services with school nurses
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including school management and community organisations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NZ Registered Nurse with a current Practising Certificate
- Five years youth health experience
- Strong youth health nursing skills, particularly in school-based health care nursing
